Day Time English Language Course Information
Learn English in the morning and afternoon
You must be a minimum age of 19 years old to join our English language classes.
Please see our student calendar for course dates.
Morning class times:
09.30-11.45
Afternoon class times:
12.15-14.30
You will get a 15 minute break in each session.
Class days:
Mondays and Tuesdays or Wednesdays and Thursdays
Total weekly teaching hours:
2 days a week: 4 hours
Our average class size is 12 students.
We permit 10-18 students in a class.
Your classes will be held at
ODILS Learning Foundation,
Odils House, 1-5 Manor Street, Plymouth, PL1 1TL

What will I do in class?
You will cover a range of topics in the classroom that will help you with everyday life in the UK. You will visit local places in Plymouth to help you understand British culture and find out more about life in Plymouth. Exactly what you will do will depend on your class. You can see what students have been doing by looking at our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or Linkedin pages.
Will I take exams?
You are likely to take exams. Your teacher will tell you which exams you will do and when. For more information about the kind of exams you might take, see our grading page.
