Hi I’m Rae. I blog regularly as part of the Odils content team. I work with organisations and businesses to promote digital-first thinking amongst their teams, business structure, and marketing. I love to chat, hence I often find myself writing a blog (or two, or three, or…). My passion for people often finds me working with charities and growing businesses who need a strong team player to drive their digital growth.
